POSTAGE

Items will be despatched between 1-5 working days after your purchase.

Items will be despatched via the postage option you have paid for and selected (there are a number of postage options available, please select on checkout your preferred method)

 We understand that sometimes you may require an item to be delivered next day delivery, please contact us if you require this service and we'll let you know if we're able to get your item out to you and the additional cost.

We obtain a proof of postage for every item that we send

On the odd occasion that one of our items goes missing in the post it is the responsibility of the customer to reclaim compensation from the post office.  We will send out the proof of postage and a reclaim form.

RETURNS

The following returns information relates to online sales only - unworn items purchased from one of our events in person may only be exchanged within 14 days

We accept online order returns of any unworn items in all original packaging within 7 days of receipt of the item

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or the item is not to your taste, you can simply return to us within 7 days of the date shown on your confirmation email in the original, saleable condition.

We do not refund the cost of original postage and shipping charge occurred to customers.

Please note when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume/aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original condition with all labels still intact with 7 days.

FAULTY ITEMS

We check each item before sending, but if an item arrives faulty then please let us know within 2 working days

If there is a fixable fault with the item please repair the item

 However if the fault is something that can not be fixed then please contact us with details and send the item back to us within 7 days for a refund.

Once an item falls outside this timeframe or has been worn or used it is outside of our responsibility to fix.

We will only cover the cost of return postage (standard 1st or 2nd class) if we deem the item to be faulty upon review of the returned item.
